I haven't seen many Starbucks PSL hacks for keto dieters so I thought I'd share mine! You can even order it like this right from the app, its super easy and delicious!
I order the tall americano with a splash heavy cream (1 carb) and 1 pump of pumpkin sauce (5 carbs) and light whipped cream (1 carb) with pumpkin spice topping. All together it is 7 carbs. If you'd like to go lighter you can sub 1 pump SF vanilla syrup and 1 pump SF cinnamon dolce syrup instead of the pumpkin sauce, which makes it only 2 carbs :) and it still has the pumpkin spice topping and still tastes great! If you'd like it to be a little sweeter you can add in stevia or whichever SF sweetener you'd like!
